Q: Where can I find a retail store that sells Galea Hall rings?

At this time, our designer men's rings are exclusively available through our online store. We understand that sometimes it's hard to make a purchase decision online and so we take special care to ensure that our product profiles include 360 video and a hand model to make it as close to an in-store experience as possible.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping? How long will it take to deliver my item(s)?

Galea Hall provides free standard shipping to addresses in continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (excluding Canadian territories). All other orders will be subject to applicable duties and shipping charges, estimated at the time of checkout.

We handcraft and inspect each ring for every individual order so delivery may take up to 10 to 15 business days in continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (excluding Canadian territories). Delivery times will vary for shipments to countries outside of the United States and Canada. While we work to expedite all orders, please recognize that deliveries are subject to delays that are not under our control, and so cannot be guaranteed. Q: What payment options do you provide?

Q: Do you collect taxes and duties?

Galea Hall collects taxes as required and respects international trade agreements. As such, pending your location, Galea Hall may or may not be required to collect tax or charge duties. If tax and/or duties are required, you will be notified during checkout, with the exception of VAT. In such events, Galea Hall will collect tax, and transfer VAT and/or duty collection responsibilities to our shipping partner, to be paid upon delivery. Top of Page

Q: How do I determine my ring size?

Rings should fit snugly at the base of the finger but also be wide enough to fit over your knuckle. For precise measurements, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger sized. If however, you are unable to visit a jeweler, we have provided three (3) additional methods. Click Here

Q: Can I order a ring size that is not listed?

Galea Hall standard ring sizes come in 9, 10, 11 and 12. We are also able to accept special orders for other ring sizes, including 1/2 sizes. Such orders will be subject to a custom charge, may require additional processing time and are non-refundable. If you require a custom ring size, please select the Custom Size variant option while selecting your order and specify your exact size in the Order Note field in your cart. Top of Page

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

To ensure that you stay informed throughout our fulfillment process, we will confirm your order and notify you when it ships by email or SMS text, pending the option you specify during checkout. Q: Can I cancel an order or return a purchase?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us using our online Contact Us form as soon as possible. While we will do what we can to cancel your order, once an order has been processed, it may be subject to Galea Hall’s refund policy below:

You can return unaltered, unworn and undamaged articles purchased from Galea Hall within 30 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email customerservice@galeahall.com with your full name, email address, and order number for return approval and instructions.

Approved returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee and must be in its original packaging and received within 14 days of approval. Any special orders and final sale products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. Top of Page

Q: What is your warranty policy?

Galea Hall provides a one-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewelry directly from Galea Hall or authorized dealer.

Please note that traces of wear and tear (e.g. scratches) can occur even after a short time. External influences like scratches, tarnishing and fading are normal signs of wear and tear and are not material faults.

Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?

Galea Hall pieces are crafted using 925 sterling silver, unless otherwise specified or requested upon purchase. Traces of wear and tear (e.g. scratches) are more visible on items which have larger polished silver surfaces as on other items. These can occur even after a short time. External influences like scratches and tarnishing are normal signs of wear and tear. You can prolong the life of your jewelry by properly and regularly caring for it:

1. Tarnishing is a natural reaction when sterling silver is in the presence of salt water, air pollutants, or everyday items that contain sulfur such as leather, rubber and chlorine. To maintain the brilliance of your purchase, we recommend regularly wiping your sterling silver jewelry with the polishing cloth provided.

2. Jewelry is subject to wear and tear. Being mindful of the types of activities you are engaged in while wearing jewelry will help prolong its brilliance.

3. Abrasives, chemicals and residues, including soap, cologne and creams may be harmful to your jewelry’s finish. Use neutral cleaning agent, untreated polishing cloths, or ultrasonic cleaners to maintain shine.

4. Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure. Avoid storing your jewelry in damp and hot conditions to maintain its finish. Top of Page
